Tours & outings

The Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park, located along the east side of McCormick Boulevard, between Dempster on the north to Touhy on the south, offers free, docent-led tours featuring a different section of the two-mile long park each month. Tours last approximately one hour and feature discussions of the sculptures, their creating artists, types of materials used and techniques employed as well as the artists’ concepts for the various pieces. The park is handicapped accessible but the tours require walking between the sculptures, so people who have difficulty are encouraged to bring a wheelchair.
