High CO levels lead to evacuation of NW Side building

CHICAGO — A Northwest Side apartment building has been evacuated as fire department personnel investigate high levels of carbon monoxide.
The building at 4106 N. Narragansett Ave. was evacuated and a Level 2 HazMat response called after high carbon monoxide levels were found, according to Fire Media Affairs.
No residents had been hospitalized as of about 1 p.m.
