Norridge, Harwood Heights police blotter for Sept. 18

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Norridge and Harwood Heights police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
Norridge
BATTERY
Richard Walas, 41, 5040 N. Ozark Ave. in Norridge, was charged Sept. 5 with felony aggravated domestic battery to a senior citizen following an incident on the 5000 block of Ozark. Walas received a $75,000 bond and a Sept. 21 court date in Rolling Meadows.
Ellis Hatley, 18, 4852 W. Thomas Ave. in Chicago, was charged Sept. 4 with two counts of battery following an incident on the 4100 block of Harlem Avenue. Hatley received a $2,000 bond and an Oct. 12 court date in Rolling Meadows.
THEFT
Marcello Delloglio, 30, 9877 Garden Court in Schiller Park, was charged Sept. 9 with theft after he allegedly attempted to leave Kmart, 4201 N. Harlem Ave., without paying for $48 worth of merchandise. Delloglio received a recognizance bond and an Oct. 30 court date in Rolling Meadows.
Yesenia Guerro, 23, 326 N. Laramie Ave., and Samantha Nunez, 18, 1041 N. Kedvale Ave., both of Chicago, were charged Sept. 6 with theft after they allegedly attempted to leave Old Navy, 4131 N. Harlem Ave., without paying for items worth $167. Guerro and Nunez both received $1,000 bonds and court dates of Oct. 30.
Beltran Yu, 30, 3935 N. Major Ave. in Chicago, was charged Sept. 4 with theft after he allegedly attempted to leave Carsons, 4200 N. Harlem Ave., without paying for two watches worth $160. Yu received a $1,000 bond and an Oct. 30 court date in Rolling Meadows.
Harwood Heights
DUI
Bertoldo Silva, 46, 5515 N. Oketo Ave. in Chicago, was charged Sept. 6 with driving while under the influence following a traffic stop near Foster and Harlem avenues. Silva received a recognizance bond and an Oct. 4 court date in Rolling Meadows.
Peter Grzywacz, 58, 4307 N. Neva Ave. in Harwood Heights, was charged Sept. 4 with driving while under the influence following an accident on the 4700 block of Harlem Avenue. Grzywacz received an Oct. 3 court date in Rolling Meadows. Bond information was not available.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
Celina Wladzinka, 21, 4324 N. Meade Ave. in Harwood Heights, was charged Sept. 7 with criminal damage to property and trespassing after she allegedly damaged a fish tank worth $90 following an altercation at Cricket Communications, 4713 N. Harlem Ave. Wladzinka received a recognizance bond and an Oct. 12 court date in Rolling Meadows.
