Norridge, Harwood Heights police blotter for Nov. 6

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Norridge and Harwood Heights police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of a law can make that determination.
Norridge
TRESPASS
Jermin Beganovic, 24, 1105 W. Oakton St. in Park Ridge, was charged Oct. 26 with criminal trespass after he allegedly set foot on the grounds of Harlem Irving Plaza, 4104 N. Harlem Ave., after being warned, following an earlier incident, not to return. Beganovic received a $1,000 bond and a Nov. 26 court date in Rolling Meadows.
TRAFFIC
Mark Lutzow, 51, last know address in Chicago, was charged Oct. 23 with failure to give aid/information following an accident on the 4600 block of Cumberland Avenue. Lutzow received a recognizance bond and a Dec. 3 court date in Rolling Meadows.
Harwood Heights
BATTERY
Marek Mroz, 51, 6550 W. Gunnison St. in Harwood Heights, was charged Oct. 24 with battery after he allegedly broke a window at Butera Market, 4761 N. Nagle Ave. The glass reportedly injured owner Joseph Butera, who had escorted Mroz out of the store following an altercation with a cashier. Mroz received a $10,000 bond and a Nov. 14 court date in Rolling Meadows.
