The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Norridge and Harwood Heights police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of a law can make that determination.

Harlem Ave., after being warned, following an earlier incident, not to return. Beganovic received a $1,000 bond and a Nov. 26 court date in Rolling Meadows.
Mark Lutzow, 51, last know address in Chicago, was charged Oct. 23 with failure to give aid/information following an accident on the 4600 block of Cumberland Avenue. Lutzow received a recognizance bond and a Dec. 3 court date in Rolling Meadows.
