Norridge, Harwood Heights police blotter Dec. 13

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Norridge and Harwood Heights police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of a law can make that determination.

Norridge

POSSESSION

• Matthew Hansen, 23, of 4200 N. Monitor Ave., Chicago, was charged Nov. 26 with possession of six grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on the 7200 block of Forest Preserve Drive. Hansen received a Dec. 20 court date in Rolling Meadows. Bond was set at $1,000.

THEFT

• Juan Balbontin, 23, of 3013 N. New England Ave., Chicago, was charged Dec. 1 with theft and possession of less than two grams of marijuana after he allegedly attempted to leave Target, 4000 N. Harlem Ave., without paying for merchandise worth $120. Balbontin received a Jan. 8 court date in Rolling Meadows. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Jalisa Dumas, 19, of 372 Ave. S in Chicago, was charged Dec. 2 with theft after she allegedly attempted to leave Carson’s, 4200 N. Harlem Ave., without paying for merchandise worth $287. Dumas received a Jan. 8 court date in Rolling Meadows. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Thomas Wells, 49, of 116 Galena Ave., Aurora, was charged Nov. 26 with theft after he allegedly attempted to leave Carson’s, 4200 N. Harlem Ave., without paying for merchandise worth $108. Wells received a Jan. 10 court date in Rolling Meadows. Bond was set at $1,000.

Harwood Heights

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

• Shawn Williams, 41, of 2646 W. Wellington Ave., Chicago, was charged Nov. 23 with disorderly conduct after an incident in the 5000 block of Harlem Avenue. Williams received a Jan. 4 court date in Rolling Meadows. Bond was set at $1,000.~.
