1 dead in Jefferson Park fire

A 60-year-old woman was found dead Thursday when a fire started at a home in Chicago’s Jefferson Park commmity.
The blaze erupted at 5:51 a.m. Jan. 24 at a single-story home in the 5000 block of North Mobile Avenue, according to Fire Media Affairs.
Barbara Gagliano, 60, was pronounced dead on the scene, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
The home did not have any smoke detectors, Fire Media Affairs said.
The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
