Police blotter for Feb. 20

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Norridge police department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
POSSESSION
Gabriel Lopez, 27, of 357 Virginia Place, Wheeling, was charged Feb. 10 with felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana. He was taken into custody on the 4100 block of North Osceola Ave. A police report states officers found Lopez had a small amount of marijuana on him and a search turned up three large bags of marijuana. His bond was set at $20,000. His next court date is March 8.
Michael Weimer, 29, of 120 N. Sangamon Ave., Chicago, was charged Feb. 9 with criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody at the Harlem and Irving Plaza Mall, 4104 N. Harlem Ave. A police report states he was found unconscious in a mall bathroom and officers found drug paraphernalia next to him. Weimer was transported him to Resurrection Hospital for treatment. He was released on bond. His next court date is March 14.
Sargon Oraham, 30, of 2391 John Smith Drive, Schaumburg, was charged Feb. 9 with felony possession of a controlled substance. He was taken into custody in an alley on the 4100 block of Olcott Avenue. A police report states he was found with 30 Hydrocodone pills and 13 Adderall pills in his possesion. His bond was set at $40,000. His next court date is March 6.
Christian Pinal, 26, of 3248 N. Long Ave., Chicago, was charged Feb. 12 with possession of marijuana. She was taken into custody on the 7100 block of Harlem Avenue. A police reports she states she was pulled over for allegedly driving with no headlights. A subsequent search turned up two grams of marijuana in a small plastic bag. She was released on bond. Her next court date is March 21.
RETAIL THEFT
Marlise Barfield, 26, of 1410 S. Homan Ave., Chicago, was charged Feb. 11 with felony retail theft. She was taken into custody at Claire’s Boutique, 4222 N. Harlem Ave. A police report states she left the store without paying for several pieces of merchandise. Her bond was set at $5,000. Her next court date is March 6.
Alexander Bowman, 37, of 3821 W. Adams, Chicago, was charged Feb. 7 with retail theft. He was taken into custody at Kmart, 4201 N. Harlem Ave.. A police report states he removed $50 from a cash register. His bond was set at $1,000. His next court date is March 21.
Oksana Osatsa, 36, of 4505 N. Osage Ave., was charged Feb. 7 with retail theft. She was taken into custody at Target, 4050 N. Harlem Ave. A police report states she left the store without paying for several items. Her bond was set at $,1000. Her next court date is March 16.
