Ridgewood High School open house Nov. 8

On Thursday, Nov. 8, Ridgewood High School is hosting an Open House for all seventh and eighth grade students in its district.
Beginning at 6:15 p.m. in the Student Cafeteria (Room 123), families can customize their open house experience by selecting four workshops or experiences they would most enjoy.
Current students, staff members, and Ridgewood families will be on hand throughout the evening to answer questions and assist every family in taking a closer look at Ridgewood.
Parent-teacher conferences Nov. 20
Ridgewood High School will hold a Parent-Teacher Conference Tuesday, Nov. 20. From 1:30-4:30 p.m. and again from 5:30-8 p.m., parents/guardians will pick up their student’s first grading period report card and visit with teachers. Conferences for all teachers will be held in the school’s gymnasium.
Students will not have school on this day, so teachers will be available to meet with students and their parents/guardians to review the students’ progress in their classes. Ridgewood has hosted these conferences for more than 25 years. About 85-90 percent of the parents/guardians attend these conferences each year.
